- He doesn't need to be. He answers in his own words, like he's talking to you. When he gets stuck, a few gentle questions help him say more.

- It's simple. One question on the screen at a time, and she can type or just speak her answers. If she can write an email, she can do this.
- “What if they don't finish?”
- No rush. They can write a little at a time and come back whenever they like. The book prints when they're ready.
- “Can I get a copy too?”
- Yes. When they order their book, they can add copies for the whole family. They can also make it their own, from the cover to the binding, with some upgrades at an extra cost.
